Combine that with being a varsity tennis player 🎾, and my path was set! Thanks to the C-CAP Foundation, I earned a full scholarship to the Culinary Institute of America, where I specialized in French cooking and graduated with a Bachelor’s in Culinary Arts Management. 🎓🍴

I honed my craft during a 3-year apprenticeship at the prestigious Broadmoor Resort in Colorado Springs 🌄.

I trained across multiple disciplines: modern American, French, and Mediterranean cuisines; baking and pastry 🥐; banquets; and butchery.

At Uchi/Uchiko, a James Beard award-winning restaurant in Austin 🏅, I mastered sushi-making, customer interactions, and allergy accommodations. From tempura 🍤 to yakitori 🍢, I gained a deep appreciation for creating personalized dining experiences.
